hi ptree, i always enjoy your posts. so informative. anyway, i'm on day 4 of psyllium/bentonite, i've increased to taking it am and pm.. i was originally only taking it before bedtime. anyway. what herbs are good to do in conjunction with this, for loosening the old stuff on the walls of the colon. thanks a bunch.. peenut
