Not worth it in my opinion. I have done her colon cleanse..twice in fact. And that works great..I love it. So, I decided to try the "big one". So, you take this stuff..but nothing happens. It's not like the Colon Cleanse where you can see the Mucoid Plaque come out of you. This is different..you can't see anything or feel anything. So, you can't really tell if it's working or not. I mean, things are probably happening inside of you..but you don't know for sure. You get to the end of the 21 days..and you're like ok I don't know what that was.
