The BH kit also has ginger and other herbs in the kit so you won't feel bloated. There was a clear difference in taking this kit and regular PB shakes. I do PB shakes for maintenance but I plan on doing the BH kit once a year.

So Joanna, you didn't pass any MP on this cleanse? You should consider contacting BH to get your money back if the cleanse didn't work for you.
