I finished the BH cleanse a week ago. I did a colonic about 4 days after I finished the cleanse. I thought this was effective because going back on food altered my system again and the colonic helped ease the process and made sure I stayed "clean" while my system was adjusting to food.

I did see very small pieces of MP mixed in with regular movements after the cleanse. However, the ropes on day 4& 5 were much paler, looser and more loose mucous than the dark, formed ropes that came out the first few days.
