I’ve been taking the pb shakes, three a day, for about a month now with minimal results. I
have been having regular BM’s, but nothing out of the ordinary. I ended 10 days of the
mc fast before I started the pb shakes. I drink over 5 liters of water a day. I’m on a
lacto-vegetarian diet (a cup of yogurt every other day) and eat barely any grains or flour.
is there something else I need to be doing? I’m getting discouraged, but really want to see
results!
