i am small so adapt the dosage to your own needs.
I take 1/3 teaspoon very effective for me,

whereas normal dose is 1 teaspoon in a drink.

that bottle container of powdered colosan may last you longer than 6 months if you find you reduce the dosege to adapt to yourself.
