I am taking the probiotics along with the Colonix. I emailed the Dr. Natura site, and they do recommend that you take them in conjuntion with the cleanse, and say you would just flush them out.

I think I will...however... start waiting an hour after the paranil caps to take the probiotics because there's all the anti-microbial's in the paranils. My hubby suffers from migraines, so far he's had no change in them, but we're hopeful. He also has Multiple Sclerosis though ,so it could be a neurological pain?? Anyway. Good luck!
