Hi everyone,
I want to do the Colon Cleanse asap but I am kind of confused. I want to use this B&P shakes. I am not on any kind of fast now so is it still ok to do the cleanse. When is the best time of a day to take it? How many shakes per day should I take? How do I know when to stop? What do I do after I stop using them?
Ohh....I have so many questions and I am hoping that somebody will give me an answer:)
