Each body is different, so it depends what works for you. A friend of mine started the Blessed Herbs whole kit and is quite happy with it. I'm doing the colon clease and am thrilled. Some people do Oxypowder and have great success - personally, it gave me bad diarhea, so I had to stop.

You have to go with your instinct of what seems right for you.
A friend taught me an energy trick to show if a vitamin, food, drug, etc. -I tried that to determine what was best for me. Also, listen to your body.

For me, the Blessed Herbs kit called to me. I thought about it for about a month, then went ahead and did it.
