but as you said...we're all different. just sharing. wasn't implying any miracles. as far as i can grasp ten days isn't enough either. the plan (for me only) is to stick with it for at least three months, although some say it's a life long maintenance thing. the body's funny: decades of abuse and it's not going to bounce back just because one is suffering the "effects" or ones intentions are good. feels like i'm earning my body's trust back...slowly, and there are pockets of resistance that i won't work through if i just throw my hands up in frustation. i'm sorry this approach hasn't worked for you and many others it appears, but stepping on my toes because "i've" found something that has worked (so far FOR ME) doesn't seem necessary. lacking a friendly open-mind this morning, but i personally don't feel compelled to write every single person in these forums that are sharing ideas (seasoned or not), and warn them that their input is not valid. strange behavior for one that is seeking wisdom and insight (I think).
