With the Master-Cleanse you expell mucoid plaque in one long fece - or a few, with the psyllium you otherwise expell it bit by bit daily.

I did both together (without the maple syrup because I treat candida) successfully: I expelled candida threads daily for 3 months.

To help with bm regularity, I also used the Dr Shultze formula 1 (that givew 3 bowel mvt). Which is good to use since at first P 7 B tend to slow down the bm and cause constipation. When you use the Shultze formula you get bm in the morning, which should facilitate your work requiremetns.
