Hmm. You took 10 a day during cleanse, but 4, every other day for maintenance? I thought the instructions said to take your cleanse amount during maintenance? If I misunderstood, and you can take less during maintenance, that might make it more palatable.

But, yeah, you may be right about Oxypowder not being for regularness. Maybe an Herbal Fiber/Cleansing product, like the one I tried before, might be better, then, as that did make me more regular.
