Bill, don't worry so much about frequency or timing. I did a complete 7 day clease with Oxy and only ever had morning movements - just once a day. However I felt totally "cleaned out" (I took 10 per night).
Also, I don't know if you can count on this to "make you regular". I have a feeling I'm going to be taking maintenance doses of Oxy for the rest of my life.
I agree - expensive - but the benefits in how I feel are worth the cost in my opinion.
I'll be interested in how it goes for you with the Clarkia . I am going to order some today, and I'll continue my Oxy maintenance (4 pills every second night) while on that cleanse.
