Any enema with salt sucks. If you are sodium deficient, instead of rejecting it your body will absorb it. I'd rather a plain water eneam than anythins with salt.

My favorite enemas are ACV (apple cider vinegar) for cleansing, aloe vera to rehydrate the intestinal walls that might have suffer from the vinegar cleanse
and yogurt (probiotics) to re establish the natural flora.
