Hello - I did a baking soda and Sea Salt enema (2 quarts) and it was a horrible experience. I did everything right in terms of measurement and temperature but perhaps I had the bad to high? Basically after it went in, I became extremelt nauseous and broke into a cold sweat. Any advice is appreciated... I plan on continuing on with the enemas during my cleanse and I don't want that to happen again. Thanks, Chloe
