I never "stopped going" when I stopped the Oxypowder . I had three movements/day before i started it, had 3-5 while on it, and continued to have 3 movements after i stopped.

I had understood -- perhaps incorrectly -- based on what some people post on here, that Oxypowder helps dissolve the mucoid plaque. I'm no longer sure this is the case... I've been reading that some of the people who post on this board about Oxypowder actually make money from the sale or promotion of oxypowder, so perhaps some of the hype about it is not all it is cracked up to be... check directly with the manufacturer and find out what their claims are, if any.

If you are looking for something to help you continue being regular, an agent like psyllium might be effective... or some blend of psyllium wiht some herbs... there are lots of products out there, check your health food store....
