thanks, paintgirl. Glad to hear that headaches and skin problems are not the mandatory sign that Oxypowder works.

I guess it was a mistake to stop at 8 capsules because that very evening I had had some extremely hot Thai food, which under normal circumstances makes me go to toilet the next day like crazy. So I assumed that 8 capsules were the right dose for the job, when in fact the whole effect was due to the spicy food. Anyway, I got over the panic attack and now I settled for 10 capsules, which suits me perfectly. I even got to the brown watery episodes, looking forward to seeing them black :)
