Can someone tell me what should normally be passing in a bowel cleanse? I have been doing the lemon/maple syrup diet for 4 days. I am not taking any other supplements, just the lemon/maple syrup mix and an herbal laxative tea. I have been eliminating a decent amount of very liquidy yellow waste. Is that "ok"? I am concerned that I am somehow doing something wrong based on what I have read should be coming out (long cords of black matter). I was planning on doing the fast for 8 days, but I am thin and have lost a lot of weight. If I do the fast longer will the black matter be eliminated? Also, I have not felt any of the emotions or other "symptoms" I have read about. Is this ok or, again, am I doing something wrong?
