I was up 5 lbs. this week. And discouraged. But, got to thinking and I figure that it must be water retention. Oxypowder seems to need a lot of water to work, and I have been drinking lots of water and tea. Maybe I'm just water-logged. But I don't feel bloated. Its wierd. I thought I would have been down 5 lbs. instead of up.
