Dear Diana -

Well it has been one week since i weighed myself, and i started Oxypowder last friday night. I actually gained 1.2 pounds since last friday (and my period started last saturday, so i should have actually LOST 2 pounds just from normal period weight gain/loss) ... so no good news I'm afraid.

I did get lots of liquidy stuff coming out and one white cotton ball suff that might be candida -- but volumewise, i don't think it was really any more than i was taking in. i drank a lot of water because so much water was coming out.
