Please don't take this wrong, but if you have only been doing P&B shakes for 5 days, you don't necessarily know how they will affect you...

I did P&B shakes for 10 days, and I ended up gaining 10 lbs which has not come off, in over 2 months, no matter what I do. So I ended up MORE bloated than I was before doing them.

Just remember, everyone is different, what works for one may not work for another...
