I have been on Oxypowder for two weeks. I've been doing an intense cleanse, 10 tablets a night. Lots of liquid stuff coming out, but it hasn't disrupted my lifestyle. I am feeling great, that feeling of having a big bubble inside of me is gone. I, too, am hoping for a 20 lb. weight loss. I hope the fact that I have things moving now, and I am exercising more, and eating better, I will be able to attain that goal.
