No, it wasn't cod liver oil....just fish oil that said it had Omega 3 in it. They say cod liver oil is not the same thing. This was just another brand on the shelf, nothing special about it. It helped soo much and I feel almost "normal" again. It changed my life! Hopefully it could help you too :)
