I have been doing the Bowel Cleanse all day and I feel horrible.

I feel like puking, I have a huge headache, and just generally feel terrible.

There have been times when I felt pretty good but I don't know what's going on right now I feel really, really sick.

Can someone please tell me what I should do? thanks
