I always do a couple warm water enenmas after my coffee enema. If you don't get the toxins out of your colon that are thrown off of your liver by the coffee enema it can really make you sick as the toxins start reabsorbing. I learned this the hard way!!

Are you making sure that you are drinking plenty of water. If your body feels as if it is dehydrated in any way it will retain some of the water instead of releasing it when you do enemas.
