I have a few questions regarding Oxy_powder. First is concerning dosage. The directions indicate to start with 4 caps and increase by 2 each day till you have 3-5 BMs per day. I guess my question is what constitutes a BM?? Since the BMs are watery I can have 3-5 in 1 hour. Which is the case right now after getting up to 6 cap level. I take it before going to bed and have had to get up during night and also have a few watery BMs in morning. Tends to die down as day goes on. I guess I am asking should I increase dose again in order to have more BMs later in the day? I'm looking for maximum results and I'm not afraid to take the motherlode dosage which I understand is 10 caps per day.

My other question is has anyone else felt like WWIII was going on in their stomach? I'm talking growling and all sorts of noises you can hear across the room that goes on for hours. I would assume that this is a sign it is working.
