I haven't done any accupunture or deep tissue massage while on the cleanse so I'm not sure how it will effect my cleanse.

So far the cleanse is okay. I've never done one before and I think I really, really need it so it's a little slow going. I'm on day seven of Colonix and nothing "big' has happened :-) I think I need to steep the Kleri Tea a little longer and drink more than the eight glasses of water a day.

How are things going for you?
