I want to do a Bowel Cleanse and am starting with The Master Cleanse where you take laxative tea morning and night and salt water flushes. I was planning to try Oxypowder and colonics after that....am I going to make is so I will never have a BM on my own again? I am a bit freaked right now! I need some advice! Thanks
p.s. I have never used any laxative type products EVER. :-P
