Hi Everyone,

First, what a great site--I love the forums and have been reading them faithfully.

I started on Colonix five days ago (paranil, powder and tea) but nothing really has been happening. I haven't felt ill (detox) and haven't had any good BMs. I've had a little bit of gas (foul smelling). Do I just need to wait? I've been drinking plenty of water and feel hydrated and not bloated from the psyllium. I've been steeping the Kleri-tea for 1.5-2 minutes each night and think I might need to up the time. I normally have a BM every one to two days.

Any help, comments, etc. will be thankfully welcomed.
