I wanted to send an email to Richard Anderson or a researcher who knows more about this issue but I couldn't find any email address for this.

Circumstances >>>:
So, I have been vegetarian for 14 for years. I have been eating mostly organic food in the last 4 years.
I have been practicing mantra yoga, asanas and pranayama for 14 years.
I did two years ago a 21 days process (I was on water for 23 days including a week with no water at all) to transfer for living on prana where I lost 12-14 kg (25-30 pounds) and all of my muscles. I am slim and athletic in general. I didn't live on prana, means I started to eat after the 3 weeks. I got back my weight loss in an amazing 1 week!!! Working back my muscles took 4 months.
I have done 7 liver cleanse in the last 7-8 months. Stones are still coming out, green ones all the time, about 20 (about 1cm big - I don't count the crumbs) at one cleanse. Was double number for the first 2 cleanses.
I did the arise and shine cleanse this summer which was great. I was on the cleansing for 100%, took about 100 enemas (double - means 2 in the morning and evening) in a proper way (shoulder stand, massaging tummy, udhiyana bandha), drunk supergreen and cayenne. I did the 2nd phase for 9 days, the power phase for 14 days, and the master phase for 12 days. I didn't loose weight on the power and master phase. :)) I got out just transparent&whitish gel look like mucoid plaque. All together about at least 5m x 1cm x 1-2mm.
Since that time I have been regularly drinking cayenne pepper and eating more vegetables than before. I have done sometimes (once a month) an enema since that cleansing which resulted again most of the time some similar looking mucoid plaque, like all together a 10cm x 1 cm x 1-2 mm.

I drunk malva verticellata tea for ten days a few weeks ago, morning and evening. I didn't do enema (except one or two in vain) but I got out the same amount of mucoid plaque than during the arise and shine cleansing. This tea is great. It is advertised as weight loosing tea. Luckily I didn't loose any weight in these ten days although I visited the loo about 5 times a day and eat usually only 2 times a day - sometimes I eat only salads or fruits for dinner. I don't have any fat on my body. (I don't do physical work but 10 minutes of pushups almost every other day.)

Sometimes without doing anything I am getting out small (1-2cm) pieces mucoid plaque. Well, without doing means that I eat enough vegetables and fruits and taking cayenne all the time (1 or 2 times a day about half a teaspoon). I don't eat meat including fish, mininal eggs in cakes and minimal amount of milkproduct. <<<

QUESTION >>>:
OK, so my question is coming. I have read that there is a natural mucus on the wall of the intestines. I guess that its material similar to the mucoid plaque. Can the P&B shake and other herbs like malva verticellata distinguish the extra undesired mucoid plaque from the necessary and natural mucus layer on the wall of the intestines?
Ulcer is the lack of the mucus layer on the intestines, is there any danger that I rubber down this natural mucus layer and getting an ulcer???
I have one more set of the "Arise and shine" set which I'd like to use in the early spring. I thought to drink that mallow tea too, but I would like to know for sure that I am not going to do any harm with my body. On the top of that, there are still a lot of skeptic doctor (like here: http://www.quackwatch.org/04ConsumerEducation/QA/mucoidplaque.html ) who says that there is no such a thing like mucoid plaque. <<<

I got spiritually much better mind during and after the arise and shine cleanse, and even if I am slim it seemed after that tea that my tummy became flatter.

Even this, I would like to get and really appreciate an answer from an expertise for my question.
