As far as I know only on line. As far as I can tell it seems pretty much be controlled by Global Health ( Oxypowder .com).
Can't find it any cheaper. Sometimes they have it $5 off.
When you go to another website you often get directed back to Oxypowder .com.
You could try in the store for colosan or homozone, I don't know if they carry it. This will be a powder you have to mix, but I believe that it is cheaper than the Oxypowder .
