Hey, How are you? So yeah, I put the cleanse off for awhile but I've been getting really constipated lately and totally fed up with it so I started the cleanse this morning.

Just took the first dose, wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be! Used carrot and apple juice and it tasted fine.

How is the cleanse going for you? Have you started? Anyone else?
