I think you can take it a week every day and then every other day for a week. And then wait 2 weeks in between? I think some people take them everyday though for months. You can do that right?

Is anyone here on a vegan or vegetarian diet? I think Dr. Sculze says for a raw vegan diet when cleansing. I am not good with raw vegan diets. I am vegan-vegetarian though.
