If you have IC, I can't recommend strongly enough Amrit Willis's book "Solving the Interstitial Cystitis Puzzle". Her diet and program have totally changed my life. I get to be a normal human being now. I haven't seen a urologist in over a year and a half. Magnesium and calcium have been an integral part of my recovery.

But you should be REALLY careful. Oxypowder contains citric acid , which is one of the very worst things you can put in your body. The citric acid will go straight into your bladder, it's the worst bladder irritant out there. I'm avoiding Oxypowder like the plague. There's another product out there that doesn't have citric acid in it, I can't remember the name off hand. If I remember I'll post it back on here. I use Twinlabs Magnesium oxide, but it doesn't do exactly what Oxypowder does.
