Amy, I have ended up with a real colon blockage from using
P/B shakes. I have just recently started on the Colosan
which is supposed to slowly break up what is in the colon.
I sure hope it helps. So I think P/B can be harmful to some
of us. Be careful Amy. I will try to post later about what
the Colosan does for me.
