Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about the pain you went through with this cleanse. I'm going to begin it next week. Do you have any idea why it might have caused that reaction in you? I'm surprised bc it claims to be very gentle. Were you hydrated enough? Did you take the two teaspoons with 8 oz of liquid and then drink another 8 oz of liquid? What kind of liquid did you mix it with? Did you take it on an empty stomach? If not, what did you eat? Do you think you might have a candida problem? Sorry if I'm asking too much, just trying to avoid the same thing when I start next monday. Appreciate any feedback. Hope things go better for you in the future.
