Did you read the message about that person's awful reaction to the HH program? Scary! I haven't started yet. I am going to take this week to hydrate and eat really well to give myself a head start. I figure I will begin Monday morning. I read somewhere on here it's good to be super hydrated before starting a cleanse, so I'm going to work on that this week and also be sure to drink a lot when I'm on the cleanse.

I wonder what variables involved might have caused that person's terrible reaction to the cleanse? Perhaps it was a cleansing reaction? Maybe they had a lot of candida?
