Mucoid plaque can be black, brown, gray or dark green.

I know exactly what you are referring to when you describe the grooves... I experienced that , too.

The only source that I am familiar with that discusses the plaque in this kind of detail can be found in CLEANSE & PURIFY THYSELF by Rich Anderson. I have the original book, but he has since come out with two books (I & II, with the same name) that go into even greater detail. According to Anderson, the markings on the plaque reflect which section of the intestines it is coming from. In his book he provides drawings of different segments of the intestines. If you observe closely you will see that there is some variation to the 'grooves' or markings and they do correspond to his drawings. He also offers some interesting insights into what areas of the intestines have been blocked and the consequences of that particular blockage.

I have not seen additional sources to confirm or dispel this theory...but my intuition and experience tells me that he is correct.

Aren't you glad that you're getting rid of that stuff?! Have you noticed any improvements in your health or the way you feel yet?
