Hey Hally!! That is great! Isn't it spectacular when you expel a rope?? I couldn't believe it when I saw the first one come out of me - quite something!

I don't know about malic acid helping to cleanse your bowel - but it sounds like you're doing all the right things...glad you're feeling great...
