Hi
I tried Holistic Horizons and it is also good. I did not fast and I am thinking to try it while fasting so It may be as good as Blessed Herbs.

Blessed herbs is realy good but too expensive for most people, HH is more affordable.

I also have had colosan and I think it is good idea to alternate them over time.
