I'm taking the Homozon now and researched the difference between that and the others. It didn't seem like much of a difference between them, after all Magnesium Oxide is Magnesium Oxide in my opinion. I guess it's just a matter if you want to take capsules ( Oxypowder ) or loose in water (kind of gritty, mostly flavorless. If you can do a PB shake, this is cake!)
