I started off my Colon Cleanse using phyllium and Bentonite as suggested until I developed a sensitivity to phyllium(caused headaches.) I switched to a flax fiber based product (RenewLife FiberSmart) and have been using that for a few months at about 1 tablespoon powder 3X per day. I have had about 40 colon Hydrotherapy sessions at about 1 time per week and did an entyma mid way between most of them. My colon hydrotherapist or myself have not seen any mucoid plaque.

Do I not have any mp or did it gradually get worn away?

Would a colonoscopy show this? I don't want to do this because of more chemicals in my body will cause more problems...

My food and smell sensitivities are better with colonics and with taking fiber.
