I can only answer what I know. I've tried taking capsules of "cleanse" products and found them to be lacking. Also, Senna is a stimulant laxative, just so you know. I'm now simply taking the psyllium along with Magnesium oxide, because I need more water in the bowel, and I'm having amazing dumps, to be honest with you. I never had that doing the capsules. So, my $0.02
