About Green soft jelley. Green usually means bile, your bladder must have used a lot of bile to digest the prune and came out. I once had green foam after a carrot juice. Just the bladder emptying itself.

The jelly though seems like mucous. It is a protective layer that covers the muciud plaque and its a good start. The bile might have dragged it out. I once had mucous out with an ACV enema.
