thanks for your info, hopinso. unfortunately i live in south africa and it's not prune season yet...the only prune juice i can get now are bottled ones and have preservatives i think. but i will discontinue SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) immediately, and try saline enemas instead. by the way, can i take flax seeds/oil capsules with my B&T shakes? which is more effective - flax seeds or phyllium? many thanks!
