I have read a lot of posts about psyllium. Everyone on here seems to use powder that needs to be mixed with water. I don't know if I can get that down. I've seen some adds for capsules. Is there any difference with the capsule form?

Are there any other ways to remove MP? I have a hard time with anything that tastes or feels gross and I don't think gagging and throwing up will help!
