Some people use triphala pils. It is an Ayurdevic type of laxative. It is a combo of 3 fruits and it is not .......
Oh, I have a blank, can't find the English word.

Anyhow you can use it and the bowels will keep doing their own work, the same with Oxypowder . You can also try to take a half tsp Epsom Salt a day, good for the body.

I think I am going to eat someyhing, I am fading. So if I think of anything else I'll write again.
