I agree with Hanna. Sounds like you are detoxing and that is what is making you feel lousy. An enema (2qt bag) will flush the toxins out and should get rid of your headache fairly quickly. Liver Flush is also a great idea but will stir up toxins in the process as well (again, enema will flush them out fairly quickly). Congratulations on your weight loss and lifestyle changes - hope you are feeling better soon : )
