I've been drinking a psyllium mix twice a day for the last 3 weeks and have been feeling great. I've never had so many bms in a day before. I used to go once every other day if I was REGULAR. Now I know this is gross, but I don't know where else to ask:

Why does my feces look fuzzy? It also has little stems sprouting out of it. What does this mean?

What does Mucoid Plaque look like?

What do toxins look like?
