There is not way it is a placebo effect.

You can read all my posts to see what I have done. I have documented my experience here.

I cannot give a complete answer riht now, since I am working, but later I may create a post linking all my posts and you can find how I have found that it is real MP.

(For example eating foods that have color like beets)
